These services are primarily use for social purpose and the prices are set by the Ivorian Government. These prices cannot be reviewed until an agreement between the licensing authority and Sotra is met. These services are: monbus, marchébus and monbato.             
        
monbus

This is SOTRA main activity, it covers all boroughs of Abidjan and it provided by buses.
              
marchébus

It delivers market supply and is primarily intended for retailers who typically have bulky goods.           
              
monbato

It covers the water stream of Abidjan city and is done by boat bus.

These services are excluded from the governmental agreement with sotra and are specifically created by SOTRA. This is to meet a number of special applications. They are:  SOTRA Express and Comfort +

Express

SOTRA in order to satisfy its customers SOTRA put the Express in to operation 30 March 2001. This service is SOTRA bus business class only, has short distance journeys and all passengers have the advantage of being seated. It includes over 100 buses serving 12 routes through all Abidjan’s ten boroughs.

Confort+

It offers businesses, schools and organized group, air-conditioned buses for their transportation at competitive prices.
